Steering Committee
The Steering Committee will be composed of 12 persons. They will be the representatives of the highest management of the institutions supporting Kraków Technology Park in the implementation of the project. The goal behind the committee is to make strategic decisions concerning project implementation. The President of the Steering Committee will be the President or Board of the KTP, who will also chair the Working Group. The tasks of the committee include:
appointing the Working Group
selection of 20 technologies of the future to be analysed further
selection of 10 technologies of key significance for the development of Małopolskie Region
approval of development strategy for 10 selected technologies (roadmaps for technology development and framework operating plans), which in the coming 12 years will boost development of Małopolskie Region in the capacity of a region of knowledge.
